This blog is supposed to help me keep my promise to eat healthier. It is not easy to overcome the temptations at lunch time if you have not planned ahead. I will see if this blog can be of any help.
The first month goal is to have 'salad' for lunch. I will come up with salad ideas/receipes for 5 days every Sunday. I will post these recipes to keep track of them.
