Maybe an intro?

This blog is supposed to help me keep my promise to eat healthier. It is not easy to overcome the temptations at lunch time if you have not planned ahead. I will see if this blog can be of any help. The first month goal is to have 'salad' for lunch. I will come up with salad ideas/receipes for 5 days every Sunday. I will post these recipes to keep track of them. So let's start!
